The South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator (SADPMR) reminds dealers in precious metals and precious stones to submit their 2026 Risk and Compliance Returns (RCRs) to the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) by 31 July 2026 to ensure compliance with the reporting deadline.
